Description

The Magic Keyboard with numeric keypad has a larger set of keys, including fast scroll keys for documents and full-size arrow keys for computer games.

Greater stability is achieved by embedding each key on the scissor mechanism. The keystrokes were also optimized and the keyboard profile was lowered. As a result, the Magic Keyboard writes much more comfortably and with greater precision. The numeric field is perfect for working with spreadsheets and financial applications. And the built-in rechargeable battery is unbelievably efficient - after charging it powers the keyboard for a month or even longer.



1. Tested by Apple in April 2017 on pre-production copies of Magic Keyboard and pre-production software versions (including firmware) and available iMacs. The test consisted of completely discharging the battery while using the iMac with its paired computer. Use was simulated using an automated mechanism. Battery performance depends on device settings, usage intensity, and other factors.
