How to charge an AGM battery correctly?



AGM batteries need to be charged using the so-called constant-voltage method, first with a constant current and then with a constant voltage. We offer chargers, with a switch, that are ideal for this type of battery. In this way, you can avoid the risk of destroying the battery through inappropriate charging.



Take care of your battery



Please note that proper use and care of the AGM battery is very important for its service life. Frequent and deep discharges will certainly not have a positive effect on its performance. To enjoy a long battery life try to:

• avoid deep discharge,
• ensure correct charging - do not overcharge the battery,
• avoid very low temperatures and prolonged exposure to high temperatures.
