Thanks to the RDS function, the radio will be able to receive information such as program name, time, song names, etc. from the currently listening radio station and display it to the user on the screen. RDS also has additional functions, such as PTY, which allows you to recognize a code specifying the type of radio program, and based on these codes, you can search for stations that match the listener's preferences.
