Introducing Movie Mode

Professional filmmakers use "oversharpening" - refocusing from one subject to another to capture the attention of their audience. And now iPhone lets you do the same with the freedom of a professional film narrator.

Movie mode automatically creates beautiful sharpening and depth effects

Movie mode predicts when an important new subject enters the frame and automatically shifts focus to it. Simply put, it's easy to make movies that look like they belong in a movie theater.

Set depth of field even after shooting video

• Or maybe you want to change the focus or blur level after you've finished shooting? No problem. All it takes on iPhone is a few taps and swipes. Even a professional camera won't let you do that.
• Night mode detects low-light conditions and automatically adjusts settings for bright, clear, color-rich photos.
• Portrait mode artistically blurs the background and sharpens the foreground. You have six beautiful lighting effects to try with a swipe.

Intelligent HDR 4 now recognizes up to four different people in the frame. And adjusts contrast, light, and even individual skin tones to make sure everyone comes out best in the photo.

Deep Fusion turns on for medium to low-light scenes. An algorithm analyzes a series of exposures pixel by pixel, capturing the most subtle textures, patterns and details.

With the ultra-wide-angle camera, you have a wide field of view, even when you're close to your subject. So you can capture a wider frame without taking a step back.

Memories are automatic slideshows of highlights from your photo library. You can customize their form and style, and even add a soundtrack selected from your music collection.

Styles are smart, so they can turn up or down a photo's color while preserving its natural skin tone

Styles add a personal touch to your photos. Unlike filters, they enhance the relevant parts of a photo without changing skin tones.

In the Vivid style, photos are crisp and colorful. The High Contrast style highlights shadows and brings out color depth. The Warm style highlights golden tones and Cool style highlights blue tones. Adjust and enchant.

Super brightness

Our OLED display is 28 percent brighter at 800 nits, so you can see everything better even in bright sunlight. And it even reaches 1,200 nits in HDR video. The whites on it are brilliant, the blacks deep, and all other colors exceptionally crisp. And it saves energy a whole lot better than before.

Supercolorful

iPhone 13 has a wide color gamut that's true to the movie theater standard, so it delivers the colors you envisioned. And precise color reproduction makes everything you see look natural.
